Dudu Nails Beauty Center ("Dudu Nails", "we") runs salons in Tangier (Morocco) and Estepona (Spain). This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have.
Bookings: your name, phone number, optional email and notes, the service, branch, specialist and appointment time.
Shop orders: your name, email, phone and delivery address, and the items you order.
Enquiries (contact and franchise forms): your name, email, phone, city and message.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
To manage your appointment, confirm it (including by WhatsApp or email when you choose to), take payment, deliver your order and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is performing the service you asked for, our legitimate interest in running the salon, and — where required — your consent.
Only the providers we need to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, hosted in the EU), Stripe (payments) and, if you tap the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp/Meta. We do not sell your data.
Booking and order records are kept for as long as needed for the service and for accounting and legal obligations, and then deleted or anonymised. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months.
We only use essential storage: your chosen currency, your shopping cart and (for staff) the admin session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to its use, by contacting us through the Contact page. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD; in Morocco, the CNDP).
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
