These terms apply to appointments booked and products bought through this website from Dudu Nails Beauty Center (Tangier and Estepona).
Choose a branch, services, specialist and time online. Times shown are the branch's local time. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation (and, for online-paid bookings, once payment succeeds). Prices shown are guides — "from" prices may change depending on length, condition or product used, and the final price is confirmed at the salon.
Estepona: the full price is paid online in euros (EUR) by card through Stripe to secure the appointment. Tangier: you pay in the salon in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). If an online payment is not completed within 30 minutes the time slot is released.
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to change or cancel it. Prepaid appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are refunded in full or moved to a new time. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged. If we have to cancel, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
If you arrive late we may need to shorten the treatment so as not to affect other clients.
Products are priced in MAD or EUR as shown at checkout and paid by card through Stripe. Orders are confirmed once payment succeeds and are subject to stock availability. If you are a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery, except for sealed hygiene or cosmetic products that have been opened. Contact us if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Tell us about allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy or medication before any treatment. We may refuse or adapt a treatment for safety reasons.
We perform treatments with professional care. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Services at the Estepona branch are governed by Spanish law and services at the Tangier branch by Moroccan law, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
